Thai Artists | Jarrasri Roopkamdee

Jarrasri Roopkamdee (b. 1969) is a female printmaker who received her art education in Thailand and Germany. Her woodcut prints are expressive and often relate to social and emotional issues. Her print Thailand Party from 1995 seems to predict the coming financial crisis in 1997. This print is included and illustrated in the book Art In The Reign Of Rama IX.
